Previous Experience

Danielle K. Yatrakis has experience advising senior executives as well as private individuals on a variety of matters, including federal and state regulatory investigations, employment issues, and business disputes. In this role, she regularly counsels clients as to best practices and has conducted internal investigations for clients responding to inquiries from the DOJ, IRS, SEC and other regulatory agencies.

Ms. Yatrakis’ practice includes litigating in federal and state courts, and before administrative agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the New York State Division of Human Rights. On the commercial side, Ms. Yatrakis has handled contractual disputes in real estate transactions as well as trustee deadlock disputes in estate matters, and participated in the successful mediation of a trademark and invasion of privacy suit. Ms. Yatrakis also represents individuals and businesses in complex civil and commercial disputes, including representing clients in connection with innovative matters such as Blockchain and Bitcoin.

Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Yatrakis was a litigation associate with Loeb & Loeb, LLP. She previously held a state clerkship with the Honorable Stephen Skillman, Presiding Judge for the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division and a federal clerkship with the Honorable Timothy C. Stanceu of the United States Court of International Trade.

Ms. Yatrakis shares the firm’s enthusiasm for contributing to the Denver community, having worked with Habitat for Humanity, building homes for the needy through AmeriCorps and fostering puppies through “2 Blondes All Breeds” animal rescue organization.
